Why am I passionate about this? As the Principal Broker of Area I wanted to share a bit of my story and the ‘why’ behind this brand. I purchased my first property at 23 years with little to no knowledge about the real estate industry. Four weeks after submitting my offer, I was a land lord and responsible for three other households. I believe in learning from other’s mistakes and now you can learn from mine. I bumped my head enough for the both of us, so you don’t have to. My purpose is to create a space for education, recognizing that education is the path to freedom. In America, the journey to freedom is often paved with wealth, and knowledge is the key to unlocking both.
